Shipping Policy

At AAVIRASHOP.COM, we strive to deliver your orders quickly, safely, and seamlessly. This Shipping Policy outlines our delivery methods, processing times, costs, and procedures to ensure you have a clear understanding of how your orders are handled.

1. Order Processing Time

• Standard Processing: All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding Sundays and national holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email or SMS.

• Peak & Festive Seasons: During major Indian festive seasons (such as Navratri, Diwali, or New Year sales), processing times may extend to 2 to 3 business days due to high order volume.

• Order Cut-Off: Orders placed after [e.g., 2:00 PM IST] on Saturday or on Sunday will be processed on the next business day.

2. Shipping Methods, Costs & Delivery Timeframes

We partner with reliable logistics providers (e.g., Shiprocket, Delhivery, Blue Dart, DTDC) to serve pin codes across India.

Note: Delivery timeframes are estimates and begin from the date of dispatch, not the date the order is placed.

3. Tracking Your Order

• Tracking Updates: Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an automated notification via Email, SMS, and WhatsApp containing your tracking number and a link to track your shipment in real time.

• Tracking Status: Please allow up to 24 hours after receiving your tracking code for the courier partner’s system to update the initial scan status.

4. Address Verification & Cash on Delivery (COD)

COD eligibility: Cash on Delivery is available for eligible order values up to ₹1,000, subject to PIN code serviceability, order verification and the options displayed at checkout. One additional ₹100 COD fee applies and does not count towards the ₹1,000 order-value limit.

Full payment at delivery: Pay the full order amount, any applicable shipping charges and the ₹100 COD fee at delivery. No advance or partial-prepaid payment is required.

Example: For an eligible order value of ₹1,000, pay ₹1,100 plus any applicable shipping charges at delivery. Nothing is payable in advance.

• Address Accuracy: Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping details (including house number, street name, landmark, city, state, and a valid 6-digit PIN code).

• COD Verification: For Cash on Delivery orders, our automated system or support team may send a verification link/call prior to dispatch. Unverified COD orders may be subject to cancellation.

5. Delivery Issues & Delays

• Delivery Delays: While we make every effort to meet delivery timeframes, unforeseen delays may occur due to weather events, public holidays, regional restrictions, or courier operational bottlenecks.

• Failed Delivery Attempts: Our courier partners will attempt delivery up to 2 times. If you are unavailable or unreachable, the parcel will be returned to our warehouse (Return to Origin / RTO). Reshipping an RTO parcel may incur an additional shipping fee.

• Damaged or Missing Items: If your package arrives visibly damaged or tampered with, please take photos/videos before opening it and contact us within 24 hours of delivery at aavirashop.com@gmail.com
